Advanced Core Workout | 10 min [VIDEO]

Get up off that computer chair and hit up this CORE workout with us! It’s only 10 mins and it will give your arms and core an awesome burn and feeling tight.  Now for beginners you can modifiy all of this by using your knees theres nothing wrong with that, as you get better at it you will use your knees less and less.   This is an excellent way to train your core and will help you get a flat stomach.

Work along with CK here and let me train you through this Advanced core workout.  Have some water close and make sure to do a little warm up and then lets do this, push through the sets try to not rest…YOU GOT THIS!!!
